Privacy Policy
MomentTriage is built so your photos remain yours. Photo analysis and organization happen on your device.
Data we collect
MomentTriage does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with the developer. The app has no developer-operated account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or photo-processing backend.
Photos access
MomentTriage requests Photos access only after you choose to organize your library. It uses Apple PhotoKit to display photos, read necessary photo metadata, and submit deletions that you explicitly confirm through the system interface.
If an item is stored in your personal iCloud Photos library, PhotoKit may retrieve it after your action. This is Apple system photo-library access, not an upload to MomentTriage or to a developer-operated cloud.
On-device processing and storage
Image analysis uses on-device Apple frameworks. The app may keep photo identifiers, analysis results, groups, staged decisions, review progress, and local usage-limit state on your device so work can resume without repeating the entire scan. It does not permanently copy your original photos into its own storage.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions and purchase restoration are provided by Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and account information under Apple's own policies. MomentTriage reads verified entitlement status but does not receive your payment-card details.
Deletion and control
Photos selected for deletion first enter Delete Box. They are removed from your Photos library only after you review them and approve Apple's system confirmation. You can change Photos access in iOS Settings and clear local app records from within the app.
Children
MomentTriage is not designed to collect information from children or from any user.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version and effective date will appear on this page.
